Job Title:
Production Scheduler
Shift: 1st shift
Job Summary:
The Production Scheduler will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short term planning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop production schedule to meet customer demands, drive material requirements, and proactively set levels of manufacturing output
· Work with Inventory Planners off site to ensure deliveries meet customers’ expectations
· Review the SAP report and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure customers’ expectations are met with respect to package and bulk orders
· Coordinate with Material Planner and Lead Operators to ensure appropriate raw material is i n stock; minimize QC hold, blend off , and return material
· Support commercial team in quoting and managing of parts
· Manage daily and long range scheduling while maintaining productivity cost controls
QualificationsRequirements:
· SAP experience not required but preferred
· 3-4 years of scheduling experience
