22® is seeking a Business Analyst to support data initiatives and drive efficiency through AI tools.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Location: Jacksonville, FL

The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the church’s ongoing data initiatives by documenting existing applications and data sources to build a comprehensive data warehouse, improving data accessibility and decision-making. The role will partner with the finance team to facilitate adoption of Copilot tools, driving efficiency across ministry workflows.

• Document existing applications and data sources for the unified data warehouse.
• Collaborate with IT and ministry teams to gather and analyze system requirements for improved data accessibility.
• Assist in integrating Copilot tools within ministry workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation to ensure system transparency and continuity.
• Support the creation of training resources and facilitate knowledge sharing for new technology adoption across ministries.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and recommend actionable improvements.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data sources used for reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance and audit needs, adhering to organizational standards.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to translate ministry and operational needs into data requirements for the centralized data warehouse.
• Capture data definitions, business rules and critical metrics required for warehouse development.
• Assist with data validation, testing, and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
• Create or help create training materials and conduct training sessions for IT deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
• Exposure to automation tools or AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) (preferred).
