Infrastructure Analyst

Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL or Deerfield Beach, FL

Technical Responsibilities (60%)

• Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAML-based integrations (SP/IdP flows) with enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure secure, seamless authentication and authorization.
• Document system specifications, integration workflows, and technical configurations.
• Perform system analysis to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize integrations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for authentication/SSO incidents; triage and resolve issues.

• Gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, clarify requirements, and provide status updates.
• Create use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring deliverables meet business expectations.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users.

• Experience with cloud IDPs such as Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of API integrations and web services relevant to authentication.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
