Position Overview

System Analyst – long‑term contract position in Jacksonville, Florida. The role requires a strong attention to detail, expertise in analyzing business needs, and the ability to translate those needs into efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SAML-based integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
  • Document system specifications, workflows, and configurations.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status updates.
  • Create use cases, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
  • Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Provide on‑call support for critical authentication issues and act as point of contact during escalations.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with SSO integrations, SAML configurations, and identity federation.
  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related security protocols.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM concepts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
