Position Overview
System Analyst – long‑term contract position in Jacksonville, Florida. The role requires a strong attention to detail, expertise in analyzing business needs, and the ability to translate those needs into efficient technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAML-based integrations with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with IAM teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
- Document system specifications, workflows, and configurations.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide status updates.
- Create use cases, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
- Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Provide on‑call support for critical authentication issues and act as point of contact during escalations.
- Hands‑on experience with SSO integrations, SAML configurations, and identity federation.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related security protocols.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM concepts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with cloud identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
- Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
