About the RoleProvide advanced technical support using deep MSP experience and strong Microsoft administration skills. Troubleshoot and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, security policies and Group Policy.
Key Responsibilities- Handle advanced technical support and troubleshooting in an MSP environment.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Intune and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and deploy Group Policy.
- At least five years of experience in an MSP environment.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and security policy experience.
- Group Policy troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- Strong spoken English; an English introductory video is required during selection.
