Batch Scheduling Specialist (Avangrid - GOPTs) at Inetum is a mid-level remote operations role managing critical batch processing for a major energy utility. You'll earn $55k–$75k/yr coordinating scheduling workflows using Control-M or Autosys — a stable, specialized position ideal for ops pros with batch scheduling expertise seeking remote flexibility.

You'll maintain and monitor batch job schedules using Control-M or Autosys, coordinate job dependencies and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and failures, perform capacity planning and optimization to ensure timely job completion, communicate with development and operations teams to support new job deployments and changes, and document procedures and create runbooks for batch operations support.

You need 2–3 years of batch scheduling experience with Control-M or Autosys, strong understanding of batch processing concepts and enterprise scheduling frameworks, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. No specific degree is required — your hands-on batch scheduling expertise and operational knowledge are your core qualifications.
