Help Desk Analyst

Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support to end users across desktop, mobile, and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier I and Tier II support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

+ Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint devices.

+ Create, manage, and close service tickets while meeting SLA requirements.

+ Support Active Directory user administration, password resets, and account management.

+ Assist users with VPN, printer, email, and connectivity issues.

+ Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

+ Escalate complex issues to infrastructure or engineering teams when necessary.

+ Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

Required Skills

+ Experience supporting Windows desktop environments.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.

+

Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

+ Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now.

+ Strong customer service and communication skills.

+ Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

Preferred Skills

+

Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools.

+ Familiarity with Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra .

+ CompTIA A+, Network+, or related certifications.

+ Experience supporting enterprise environments.
