Senior Construction (preferably in Data Center build out) with Financials & BI Business Analyst
- Remote
3-6 month project. Here is the brief overview of the project.
BA with strong understanding of Construction industry terms (preferably with Data Centers) & Financials/BI Business Model as the client runs and is building several more Data Centers.
Need to have excellent comm skills and be able to communicate with business execs around the requirements and metrics that they want to see and have analyzed. Deep understanding of finance and BI Development skills for a part time role 15-20 hours/week
- Business Analyst experience with Data Center Projects
- Experience in the Data Center Construction Business a huge plus
- Deep Financials Experience with sharp Excel skills for modeling data sets
- Experience working with Data Developers to produce dashboards and KPI charts
- Ability to define key KPIs by working with the business
- Ability to model disparate data sets in Excel to demonstrate a KPI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
