HubSpot CRM Administrator

Russell Tobin's client, a global leader in payment technology, is hiring a Hub Spot CRM Administrator in Jacksonville, FL (Remote)

Join a global technology company specializing in innovative payment solutions, operating across 120+ countries. We are seeking a Hub Spot CRM Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and administration of the company's Hub Spot environment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, data quality, and CRM effectiveness.

• Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Hub Spot CRM platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain CRM architecture, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve business processes and data quality.
• Lead Hub Spot implementation projects, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Manage user access, permissions, training, and ongoing system support.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, customer lifecycle management, and overall CRM effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven hands‑on experience in Hub Spot administration and implementation, including back-end configuration and optimization.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations.
• Experience leading CRM implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and project management skills.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
