IT Support Engineer

Description

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure experience to support enterprise users, cloud services, and core IT infrastructure. This role combines traditional systems support with cloud administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities

+ Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for users, systems, and cloud environments

+ Manage Microsoft Azure resources and services

+ Support Microsoft 365, Entra  (Azure AD), and Intune environments

+ Troubleshoot Windows servers, endpoints, networking, and cloud services

+ Administer user accounts, permissions, and identity management

+ Monitor system performance and availability

+ Assist with migrations, upgrades, and cloud initiatives

+ Document procedures and technical solutions

Requirements

Requirements

+ 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or cloud support experience

+ Experience administering Microsoft Azure

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

+

Experience with Active Directory and Entra

+ Understanding of networking fundamentals

+ Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
