We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery & Support Manager to lead the delivery, reliability, and ongoing support of critical enterprise applications and technology services. This position is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who can bridge software engineering, application support, and technical delivery while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with delivery and people leadership and is comfortable working directly with engineering teams while also communicating priorities, risks, and outcomes to senior business and technology leaders.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of application and integration initiatives, from planning and development through deployment and production support;
The environment includes Microsoft .NET-based applications and APIs, Microsoft Azure cloud services, enterprise integrations, and core business platforms
* Coordinate internal development teams, offshore resources, and external technology partners to improve delivery consistency, application performance, and operational stability
* Responsible for establishing clear priorities, managing technical dependencies and risks, and ensuring production environments remain reliable, observable, and effectively supported Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable discipline; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
* 10+ years of experience across software engineering, application delivery, or related technology functions, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity
* Strong experience with modern Dev Ops practices, automated build/deployment pipelines, and software release processes, preferably within a Microsoft Azure environment
* Demonstrated success overseeing the delivery and ongoing support of business-critical enterprise applications in complex technology environments
* Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and validate application and integration outcomes
Job Type Direct Hire Compensation
140000 - $160000
