Remote, Draper, UT
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $30.00 - $37.00/Hour on W2/C2C
Description:
"Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner
" Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response
" Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Fresh service). "

Deploy and manage One Agent and Active Gate components across servers| applications| and cloud platforms.
Monitor application performance| infrastructure health| and end-user experience using Dynatrace APM capabilities.
Configure alerting profiles| anomaly detection| problem notifications| and AI-driven monitoring.
Analyze application bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis for performance-related incidents.
Create and maintain dashboards| reports| notebooks| and custom visualizations for stakeholders.
Implement Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring to ensure optimal customer experience.
Monitor cloud| container| Kubernetes| virtualized| and on-premises environments.
Configure service detection| dependency mapping| distributed tracing| and topology analysis.
Define and monitor KPIs| SLIs| SLOs| and SLAs to improve service reliability.
Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM| CI/CD| Service Now| Teams| and other enterprise tools.
Automate monitoring activities using scripting languages such as Python| Shell| or Power Shell.
Perform capacity planning| trend analysis| and proactive performance optimization.
Manage user access| RBAC| security policies| licensing| and governance standards.
Support incident| problem| and major incident management processes.
Prepare documentation| SOPs| monitoring standards| and knowledge transfer materials.
