Technical Support Engineer

We grow every day, and this is why we're hiring new people every few months. We're looking for someone with advanced cPanel/WHM server administration experience (UI and CLI), with knowledge of Cloud Linux, Lite Speed, and Imunify
360.

• Must have experience working in the web hosting industry (3+ years)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Intimate knowledge of cPanel, how it works, and how to fix errors with it
• Up-to-date cPanel University certifications (all of them)
• Excellent SSH and command-line skills
• Ability to interpret email and weblogs
• Knowledge of , PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, Cloud Linux, Lite Speed, Nginx, Apache, Imunify
  360, Mail Channels.
• Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via tickets.
