AboutThe Role
What You'll Do at Cold Sun
Cold Sun Enterprise is seeking a Business Analyst for our Snowflake & Data Analytics practice to gather reporting and analytics requirements from client stakeholders and translate them into KPIs, data models, and dashboards that actually drive decisions. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and data architecture, making sure the platforms we build answer the questions leadership is actually asking.
Responsibilities- Gather reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders
- Define KPIs, business metrics, and data definitions
- Support dashboard design, wire framing, and user adoption
- Document data lineage and source-to-target mappings
- Partner with Solution Architects on data model validation
- 3+ years of BI or analytics business analysis experience
- Strong SQL understanding and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience with BI tooling (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
