We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to fill the Dutch Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. • Provide expert support regarding complex cybersecurity software and data protection protocols.
• Assist Dutch-speaking clients in resolving technical vulnerabilities and security-related inquiries.
• Monitor and manage security alerts to ensure constant protection for our global user base.
• Collaborate with international security teams to troubleshoot sophisticated digital threats.
• Maintain detailed logs of security breaches and resolution processes to improve service quality.
• Educate users on best practices for data safety, privacy, and proactive cybersecurity hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with international digital security standards while delivering premium client service.

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Demonstrable interest or prior experience in the cybersecurity or technical support industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and professional integrity.
• Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment in Athens, Greece.
