Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to test Salesforce applications and ensure quality across business processes and functionalities.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Salesforce application testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality and business processes.
- Experience in manual testing, test case preparation, and test execution.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools such as Jira.
- Good understanding of Salesforce workflows, objects, reports, and dashboards.
- Automation testing experience using Selenium or other testing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
