We are seeking an experienced Service Now TPRM Technical Architect to support a financial services client in the US.
Remote, Must be comfortable working US (West Coast) Business Hours.
This role will focus on the design and implementation of Service Now Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective risk and compliance processes. You'll play a key role in translating requirements into scalable solutions and providing guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Lead the solution design and technical architecture for Service Now TPRM initiatives.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.
- Design and oversee integrations between Service Now and third‑party systems.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops with business, risk and technical stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain architecture and solution design documentation.
- Advise on platform best practices, governance and future‑state capabilities.
- Support delivery teams during build, testing and deployment activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Service Now Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Proven experience delivering Service Now TPRM, IRM, VRM or GRC solutions.
- Strong understanding of third‑party risk, vendor governance and compliance processes.
- Experience designing complex Service Now workflows and integrations.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience operating at Technical Architect or Lead Consultant level.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Previous experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
