Senior IT Change Coordinator - Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Change Coordinator - Application Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role sits at the center of application delivery change coordination, ensuring technology changes are executed with appropriate control, rigor, and transparency. The ideal candidate will work across technical teams, subject matter experts, and governance stakeholders to support reliable service delivery in a highly regulated environment. Success in this position means reducing change-related risk, improving process quality, and helping maintain strong alignment with ITIL-based disciplines.

Compensation: $103,450 – $197,730 annually

• Facilitate complex IT change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Apply the appropriate level of rigor based on change complexity and potential impact
• Identify and resolve quality issues affecting IT service delivery
• Partner with subject matter experts to strengthen process controls and integration with ITIL disciplines
• Anticipate and mitigate process control issues, driving timely resolution
• Assist in reviews of configuration management effectiveness
• Serve as an escalation point for junior team members on complex issues

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience
• 6 years of experience in IT change management, release management, or technical project management
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL and Change Enablement practices
• Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC, application testing, and CI/CD
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements
