Leads SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements with a strong focus on SAP Cloud solutions. Responsible for project delivery, governance, resource coordination, and client satisfaction. Provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams and serves as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Drives project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and budget control. Supports business development, pre-sales activities, and the expansion of SAP Cloud capabilities in the Nordic market.

Acts as a role model within the organization and contributes to the development of delivery methodologies and consulting capabilities. Facilitates workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes. Manages project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource planning throughout the delivery lifecycle. Coordinates functional, technical, and global delivery teams to achieve project objectives. Ensures alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design.

Advises clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and process standardization. Leverages deep logistics and supply chain expertise to guide solution design and business transformation initiatives. Supports organizational change, business process optimization, and adoption of SAP best practices. Accountable for successful project delivery and financial performance of assigned engagements. Supports account development, business growth initiatives, and client relationship management. Contributes to proposals, estimations, statements of work, and pre-sales activities.

Contributor to the development and growth of Nagarro's SAP Cloud practice in Sweden and the Nordics. Support sales and pre-sales efforts by shaping SAP Cloud opportunities, project approaches, and solution roadmaps.

Typically 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience. University degree or equivalent professional qualification. Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.

Extensive hands‑on experience within SAP Logistics, including several of the following areas: SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, SCM, PP, TM, or related supply chain and logistics processes.
