Title: EntraID Support

Location: LATAM Remote

Duration: 1 month contract

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Work Requirements: Citizen of the country of employment or authorized to work in that country.

The support team will handle inbound calls routed through the Client to provide support number through Dialpad and Zoho ticketing system to resolve common MFA and authentication issues. Items outside the defined scope will be redirected to the client service desk or escalated to the client security team as appropriate.

• Help downloading and configuring the Microsoft Authenticator application
• MFA reset and re-registration assistance
• Password reset guidance when tied to MFA authentication
• Support for login and authentication failures
• Basic troubleshooting for device enrollment and verification methods
• Guidance for alternative authentication methods when available
• Guidance helping users locate and initiate the Single Sign-On (SSO) option for CLIENT applications integrated with Entra , including Dayforce

• Assist users who are unable to access Dayforce via Entra  by validating Entra
• Guide users to test Entra s via  to confirm successful authentication
• Perform standard Entra  (password reset , MFA reset/re-registration, authentication troubleshooting) when SSO access fails
• Instruct users to retry Dayforce access after Entra  is confirmed

• Intake and documentation of all support calls
• Identity verification using CLIENT- approved procedures
• Resolution of common MFA and Entra IDuser issues during the defined support window
• Routing of out-of-scope requests to the client Service Desk
• Escalation of Entra security or policy issues to the client security team

• Entra  changes or tenant administration
• Security policy changes or exception handling
• Identity lifecycle management or provisioning changes
• Application access troubleshooting not related to MFA
• Infrastructure or device support unrelated to authentication
