- Own the help desk: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets for on-site and remote users.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including timely access removal when employees leave.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra , and Intune, including user accounts, licenses, devices, and security policies.
- Support Azure resources, including certificate renewals, VPN connectivity, and application service restarts.
- Provide technical support for business applications, remote desktop access, VPN connectivity, and printing;

* * complex issues to vendors when needed. - Serve as the day-to-day contact for our managed service provider and other technology vendors.
- Manage software licenses and user subscriptions, identifying and eliminating unused services.
- Maintain the Ring Central phone system and Brivo building access controls.
- Set up workstations, conference rooms, and equipment, and assist with branch office moves and technology deployments.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT systems, application ownership, and support contacts.
- Assist with testing, implementing, and rolling out new systems and technology solutions.
- Document IT processes and procedures to support consistency, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
- A degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Internships and help desk experience count.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and VPN connectivity.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership of technical issues through resolution.
- Strong written communication skills and a commitment to documenting work.
- Experience with Entra (formerly Azure AD), Intune, or Azure.
- Experience working with managed service providers and external technology vendors.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or transportation management systems (TMS).
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 certification.
