Azure IAM Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking an Azure IAM Engineer for a leading technology organization located remotely within the EST or CST time zones. The Azure IAM Engineer will support the design, implementation, and management of Azure Entra  for a highly secure cloud environment. An ideal candidate for the Azure IAM Engineer is an experienced identity and access management professional with deep expertise in Azure Entra , authentication technologies, and enterprise security architecture.

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure Entra  to support business, security, and compliance requirements.
• Manage identity and access management services including SSO, MFA, conditional access policies, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Ensure secure integration between Azure Entra  cloud or on-premises applications and platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, conduct security assessments, and develop documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

• Proven experience administering and architecting Azure Entra  (Azure Active Directory) environments.
• Strong background with Azure cloud services, identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls.
• Experience with IAM security and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Okta, SailPoint, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and identity governance solutions is a plus.

• Salary range:
  
  -$105,000- $130,000
