- Experience supporting enterprise monitoring, observability, production systems, or operational support platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, monitoring, or platform-related issues.
- Experience working within structured support processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Experience collaborating across technical teams and stakeholders to deliver platform support and enhancements.
- Preferred
- Experience working in managed services environments.
- Experience supporting security-related technologies, compliance, audit, or remediation initiatives.
- Experience operating within ITIL-based service management environments.
