Optimize Consulting delivers digital marketing for nonprofit and B2B clients and for the firm itself. As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you keep that work running for our Key Account Managers, who own each client relationship. Most of your time goes to ad placement and CRM management, including email, segmentation, and workflows, with SEO and analytics tasks alongside. You report to the VP of Client Services, or to the Digital Marketing Specialist if the team has one.
Your manager assigns your work, reviews it, and trains you on our platforms and process.
Optimize Consulting is a revenue operations and moves management firm. We help organizations of any size transform how revenue flows through them. Our clients range from some of the most respected nonprofits working for free markets and free people to global enterprises and growing businesses, and our work has helped them generate more than $125 million in revenue.
We bring enterprise-level strategy and technology to every engagement and run our own firm the same way. Shared methodologies like Getting Things Done keep our fully remote team aligned and working ahead, so deadlines rarely turn into fire drills.
We are partner-owned, independent, and growing quickly. If you have spent years grinding inside a nonprofit or agency and want work you can be proud of without giving up your evenings, Optimize Consulting is built for you.
Description What You'll Do- Handle digital marketing requests from Key Account Managers, keep them updated on progress, and flag issues on their accounts.
- Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Linked In, and sponsored content placements: set up audiences, load creative, configure tracking, and confirm everything is live and correct.
- Monitor campaigns daily, catch problems such as overspend or broken tracking, and make routine adjustments.
- Build segments, email campaigns, and workflows in Hub Spot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Virtuous, and Brevo.
- Design and build landing pages, email templates, and text campaigns for clients using best practices.
- Work with our extensive data partner network to facilitate client prospecting efforts.
- Support SEO work, including keyword research and on-page updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Key Account Managers.
- Handle day-to-day execution of the firm's own digital marketing.
