• Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams to analyze and document business requirements for Oracle HCM and payroll-related systems.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle HCM Fusion and related HR/payroll modules.
• Provide subject matter expertise in U.S. payroll legislation and complex payroll configurations.
• Facilitate process improvements and change management initiatives to optimize business operations.
• Work on-site in Jacksonville, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
