IT Support Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience supporting Microsoft environments, Azure services, and end-user technology. This role will provide technical support, manage user accounts, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and assist with cloud administration initiatives.

Responsibilities

+ Provide desktop and remote support for end users

+ Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra  accounts

+ Support and troubleshoot Windows devices and applications

+ Assist with Azure administration and cloud-based services

+ Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices

+ Support Intune device management and security policies

+ Troubleshoot networking, VPN, and connectivity issues

+ Document support activities and technical procedures

+ Escalate complex infrastructure issues as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 3+ years of IT support experience

+

Experience with :

+ Microsoft 365

+ Azure

+ Windows 10/11

+ Active Directory / Entra

+ Intune

+ VPN and network troubleshooting

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Azure Administrator experience

+ Power Shell scripting

+ Microsoft certifications

+ Endpoint security tools

+ ITIL knowledge
