Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant, Application Managed Services (AMS)
Remote (US) | Full time
About the roleOur client is growing its Managed Services practice and needs an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to support Oracle Fusion Cloud clients post go-live.
Key responsibilities- Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM or CX): resolve incidents, run root cause analysis and meet SLAs across multiple client environments
- Design, build and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using REST/SOAP and Oracle adapters
- Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and SQL; run data migrations (FBDI, HDL)
- Support quarterly Oracle updates, regression testing and enhancements
- Work with functional consultants, clients and Oracle Support
- 5-10 years of Oracle Cloud technical or Managed Services experience
- 2-5+ years of hands-on OIC development
- Production support experience on Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM or CX, including quarterly updates
- REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, SQL, VBCS, Git
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or similar
- Location:
remote within the US, with occasional client travel - Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card holders only (Oracle Government Cloud support)
- Oracle certifications
- Managed Services or Application Support background
- OAuth, JWT and SSO
- Integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Workday or Service Now
