Personal Lines Insurance Agent

Position OverviewTriad Financial Services is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Agent to support quoting, binding, and servicing of personal lines insurance policies, primarily homeowners and manufactured home coverage.Key Responsibilities
· Quote, bind, and issue personal lines insurance policies under established guidelines
· Review applications and underwriting information for accuracy and completeness
· Communicate coverage options, limits, and policy details to customers and internal partners
· Provide policy servicing support including endorsements, billing questions, and coverage explanations
· Coordinate with internal loan origination, closing, and servicing teams
· Maintain accurate documentation in agency management and carrier systems
· Follow all company procedures, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirementsQualifications
· Active Property & Casualty license required
· 1–3 years of personal lines insurance experience required
· Familiarity with homeowners’ insurance; manufactured housing a plus
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage workload with guidance and established processes
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Bilingual is a plus (Spanish preferred)
