You are a seasoned litigator with a defense mindset, respected for strategic thinking, courtroom presence, and ethical leadership. You thrive on complex cases, manage litigation teams, mentor junior attorneys, and navigate high‑stakes matters with confidence. Above all, you are committed to excellence, collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to clients.
Responsibilities- Develop a compelling case theme that outshines plaintiff sympathies and anger.
- Reject mediocrity and strive for excellence in every task.
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experience.
- Maintain routine communications with clients.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and future clients.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
- JD from an ABA‑approved school.
- Licensed in your state.
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, especially in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation.
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial.
- Experience with insurance defense matters preferred.
- Proficiency in time‑management systems and MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
