Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney
We are partnering with a well‑respected law firm that is seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Attorney for their Jacksonville office. While labor and employment experience is ideal, this is also a great opportunity for a commercial litigator or an attorney with litigation experience who is interested in learning about labor and employment law.
This role is suited for attorneys who bring both litigation acumen and a business‑oriented mindset to their practice. If you are seeking to join a firm that values precision, collaboration, and client alignment, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate a broad spectrum of employment‑related matters, including agency charges, single‑plaintiff and class/collective actions.
- Provide strategic counsel and training to employers on labor and employment law issues.
- Represent clients in federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 3‑10 years of litigation experience.
- Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing.
- Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professionalism, collegiality, and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Salaries: $90,000 - $130,000
