Ideal Candidate for this Position- Will have two plus years of experience in employer side labor and employment law matters, incuding litigation

USLaw School - Currentlylicensedtopracticelawinthestateof Florida or amenable to sitting at the next opportunity
- Experiencewithpleadings,motion practice,andlegalresearch
- Skilledinconductingwitnessinterviews
- Strongoralandwrittencommunicationskillsrequired
- Bepartofahigh-performingandrespected
