Corporate Associate Attorney

As a Corporate Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate matters and provide top-tier legal advice to our clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a proven ability to manage complex commercial transactions and business matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a broad range of general commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business transactions.
- Provide legal counsel on complex business matters and ensure compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other related documents.
- Advise clients on the formation and structuring of business entities and partnerships.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of complex business agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents, and provide guidance on corporate finance and investments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of practicing experience in corporate and commercial matters.
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- Strong experience with general commercial matters, including business transactions, corporate governance, and entity formation.
- Proven expertise in commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience handling complex business matters, including mergers and acquisitions and business restructuring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored legal advice.
