Pay Range: $150,000 – $165,000 (commensurate with experience; entry-level candidates welcome)

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our Jacksonville office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney or a recent bar passer eager to build a career in insurance defense litigation. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, gain hands‑on experience, and contribute to high‑quality legal representation for our clients.

• Conduct thorough legal research across a wide range of topics.
• Draft and review legal documents, including letters, memos, motions, orders, and pleadings.
• Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Maintain exceptional organization and accuracy in all aspects of legal work.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

• Active membership in the Florida Bar or completion of the July 2025 Florida Bar Exam

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation (entry‑level candidates considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
