Pay Range: $150,000 – $165,000 (commensurate with experience; entry-level candidates welcome)

About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join our Jacksonville office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney or a recent bar passer eager to build a career in insurance defense litigation. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, gain hands‑on experience, and contribute to high‑quality legal representation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough legal research across a wide range of topics.
- Draft and review legal documents, including letters, memos, motions, orders, and pleadings.
- Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
- Maintain exceptional organization and accuracy in all aspects of legal work.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Active membership in the Florida Bar or completion of the July 2025 Florida Bar Exam
. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation (entry‑level candidates considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work onsite and thrive in a collaborative environment.
