We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our General Liability Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil litigation matters while developing expertise in insurance defense law.

• Manage comprehensive case files, including conducting legal research, discovery, and factual investigations
• Review and analyze medical records and detailed medical chronologies
• Draft legal documents including memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and case progress reports
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous time records for all billable activities in accordance with firm policies and client requirements
• Meet established billable hour targets while ensuring quality and efficiency in all work product
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure optimal case outcomes
• Stay current on relevant legal developments and industry trends

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software
  
  A robust work ethic and commitment to excellence

• Experience in insurance defense litigation
• Trial experience
• Familiarity with motor vehicle and premises liability matters
