The General Liability Practice Group defends a wide range of general liability matters, including auto, premises liability, medical malpractice, and long-term care claims.

• Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients.
• Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court.
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed.
• Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity.
• Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
• Excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attend court appearances.
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
• Draft motions for summary judgments.
