Associate Tax Attorney | Jacksonville, FL In-Office
ARC Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Tax Resolution firm in Jacksonville, FL
, seeking an Associate Tax Attorney to join their team.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in any U.S. state (does not need to be Florida)
- Previous experience in tax law, tax resolution, or related legal areas preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical, research, and client communication skills
- Assist clients with federal and state tax issues, including audits, collections, and resolution strategies
- Draft legal documents and correspondence related to tax matters
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex tax cases
- Stay updated on tax regulations and case law
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior attorney looking to build a career in tax law with exposure to tax resolution cases.
