Our client, a respected regional firm with a strong presence across the Southeast, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience, especially in affordable housing and title/survey review, to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative, client-facing environment and are looking for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with lenders, investors, and developers on commercial and housing closing transactions
• Review and resolve title and survey issues, and manage closings from start to finish
• Engage in affordable housing projects—experience in this area is a strong plus
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on matters across the Southeastern U.S.

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on title and survey
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage transactions independently
• Admission to the Georgia or Florida Bar
