Associate Attorney – Construction Defect Litigation
Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience doing construction defect litigation. This position requires an individual who is self‑motivated, able to manage their own cases, and work with others within a litigation team. This is an in‑office position in downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
Responsibilities- Manage construction defect litigation cases independently.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategy.
- Maintain self‑motivation and initiative in all aspects of the role.
- 5‑7 years of substantive construction defect litigation (required).
- Prior use and familiarity with Pro Law (asset).
- Licensed to practice law within the State of Florida (required).
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (required).
