Base pay range
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law, specifically handling medical records, chronologies, and summaries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting attorneys in all stages of pre‑litigation and litigation.
Responsibilities- Review, request, and organize medical records.
- Draft clear and concise medical chronologies and summaries.
- Identify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in care.
- Communicate with providers, clients, and insurance companies.
- Assist with demand packages and trial preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case files.
- Support attorneys with case development and strategy.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelines.
- Proven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summaries.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with litigation support.
- Familiarity with Clio is a plus.
