Paralegal - Bodily Injury

Base pay range

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.

We are looking for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in personal injury law, specifically handling medical records, chronologies, and summaries. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting attorneys in all stages of pre‑litigation and litigation.

• Review, request, and organize medical records.
• Draft clear and concise medical chronologies and summaries.
• Identify key injuries, treatments, and gaps in care.
• Communicate with providers, clients, and insurance companies.
• Assist with demand packages and trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case files.
• Support attorneys with case development and strategy.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelines.
• Proven experience drafting detailed medical chronologies and summaries.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with litigation support.
• Familiarity with Clio is a plus.
