• Work directly with experienced litigation attorneys
• Contribute to complex commercial cases

• Support litigation attorneys with case management and client communications
• Draft and proof legal documents including motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses
• Manage deadlines, filings, and court submissions (including e-filing)
• Assist in trial preparation: exhibits, witness lists, presentations, and trial software
• Maintain compliance with legal procedures and regulations
• Coordinate logistics for hearings and trials

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
• Familiarity with legal software (Orion, Net Docs preferred)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
