• Preparing and organizing legal documents, filings, and case materials
• Drafting correspondence, discovery responses, and other routine documents
• Conducting research and gathering case-related information
• Managing deadlines, maintaining calendars, and coordinating filings
• Communicating with clients, courts, vendors, and internal teams
• Assisting attorneys with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation

• Prior experience as a Paralegal or legal support professional
• Strong organizational ability and a high attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with standard office tools or case management software
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
