Associate Transactional Attorney

Lesak, Hamilton, Calhoun & Pontieri is a boutique law firm delivering expert legal services with a personal, collaborative touch. We focus our practice on business litigation, contract negotiation, corporate transactional law, construction law, real estate law, as well as estate planning, and probate. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day business operations.
• Conduct due diligence and support transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to deliver practical and strategic solutions.
• Contribute to litigation support as needed, including research and drafting.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Florida Bar.
• 3–5 years of experience in transactional or corporate law; some litigation exposure a plus.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
