Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. invites applications for a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our experienced, forward‑thinking civil litigation firm. The firm represents major insurance companies and a diverse client base, focusing on all aspects of insurance defense litigation and striving to change how defense firms operate.

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Georgia Bar Admission
• 3‑5 years of recent insurance defense experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
• Must meet billing goal expectations
