We are seeking an experienced and strategic Legal Director to establish and lead the company’s legal function. As the first in‑house legal executive, this role serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board of directors, overseeing all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep legal expertise, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation in rapidly evolving digital assets.

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise and institutional contracts, including SaaS, licensing, data‑sharing, and tokenization agreements.
• Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks to support scalable business operations.
• Execute contract signatures with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead the company’s compliance ฟรีเครดิต function, covering financial services, tokenization, payments, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Monitor and interpret evolving U.S. and international regulations impacting fintech and blockchain operations.
• Engage with regulators, auditors, and external counsel to manage filings, audits, or inquiries.
• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise and institutional contracts, including SaaS, licensing, tokenization, and data‑sharing agreements.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to support business operations.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 3‑5 years of progressive legal experience, including contract management in‑house experience in technology or fintech sectors.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, compliance, and commercial contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of fintech, blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset regulations.
• Exceptional judgment, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
