Glenn Food Company is the small but mighty team behind Merman’s Revenge® and Datilgator®, rapidly growing CPG brands with national distribution and international growth on the horizon.
We’re a scrappy, ambitious, food-obsessed team that moves fast, thinks big, wears multiple hats, and has fun doing it. We’re looking for a math-loving, detail-oriented, Supply Chain Assistant who wants more than an established corporate role; we want someone who thrives on the excitement of building something!
You’ll work with our current Supply Chain Assistant and Operations Manager on the Operations Team and play an important role in balancing supply and demand, communicating with vendors, managing inventory levels, and reconciling inventory movement. We’re a small team so wearing multiple hats happens and some days you might find yourself taste-testing new product ideas, participating in social media videos, etc.
Our team is kind-hearted, ambitious and fun. We’re looking for someone who fits right into that mix!

- Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel - Attributes: Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills with the ability to take in new information, follow procedures, and stay organized while multitasking to meet deadlines efficiently.
Must be great with math! - Bonus: A background in Accounting or Supply Chain is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus: Familiar with inventory management systems (ERP/MRP) is a plus, but not required.
This one is actually important!
Our team develops and markets food products, and we taste-test together regularly. You must love seafood so you can participate and give thoughtful, honest feedback on flavors and products.
If seafood isn’t your thing, we’re unfortunately not your crew.
What Success Looks LikeWe’re not looking for someone who is simply good at staying busy. Success means helping move the business forward by:
Healthy inventory levels
Maintaining excellent communication with vendors and starting great relationships with new vendors
Following up consistently so opportunities don’t fall through the cracks
Turning ideas into action and becoming someone the team can depend on to get things done
Compensation, Schedule & GrowthHourly: $28 per hour

Our current team has grown their hours by helping us expand our business and maintain business health. The goal is for you to do the same and grow into a full-time role if desired.
We’re looking for someone who sees joining a growing small business as an opportunity.
This isn’t just an opportunity to join an Operations team. It’s an opportunity to help us build one.
