Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist; ERP & Excel

We are seeking adetail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialistto manage inventory levels, track materials and supplies, and ensure accurate stock records. This role is essential in maintainingefficient inventory operationsand supporting the administrative functions of our company. The ideal candidate will haveERP experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintainaccurate inventory recordsand assist in forecasting material, parts, and supply needs.
• Identify and reportdiscrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Conductcycle countsand ensure proper stock management.
• Receive, confirm, and assign designated locations forinventory items and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal teams tooptimize inventory processes.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Experience working withERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills
• Ability to work independently andproblem-solve inventory issues
