Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $65,000
• Quarterly Bonus Potential

What You'll Do

You'll be the leader behind our day-to-day operations — ensuring fast, quality repairs and a high standard of service:

• Supervise the maintenance team and provide training, guidance, and accountability
• Handle HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, and general carpentry
• Prioritize and complete resident service requests efficiently and thoroughly
• Oversee turn process and get homes ready for move-in
• Manage inventory and keep maintenance areas stocked and organized
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, safety, and fair housing regulations

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance
• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• EPA certification and CPO required
• Experience with make-readies, preventive maintenance, and work order systems
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team while staying hands-on
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community or be willing to relocate
