The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic leader to support the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This position will play a key role in strategy design and execution within one of 6 Global Industries, collaborating closely with Regions and Service Lines to drive growth, capital allocation, and portfolio management.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Connect and collaborate: act as the glue that drives close connectivity and collaboration across the Industry, solving challenges and formulating strategies that drive growth and realize market opportunities.
- Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: oversee large, strategically important opportunities and capital allocation across all Sectors.
- Lead and drive execution: shape the vision and ambition for the Industry and drive end‑to‑end execution, monitoring macro‑trends and orchestrating the strategic planning cycle.
- Inform Firm‑wide investments: bring all parts of the firm together to ratify demand, agree joint priorities, and track ROI to inform capital decisions.
- Orchestrate Governance: co‑lead the Industry Board and ensure disciplined management and sector insight alignment.
- Work through high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.
- Identify innovative alternatives and surface core pain points.
- Create and drive a project plan, directing action with tact and diplomacy.
- Drive a program of work from start to finish.
- Shift between strategic discussions and operational detail.
- Build trusted relationships and collaborate across matrix dimensions.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of current experience with EY or a global professional services firm.
- Flexibility to work extended hours across varying time zones.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for the US of $190,000 to $376,200 (varying by metro area).
- Hybrid work model: 40‑60% in‑person for external client‑serving roles.
