Vice President, Information Systems (VP)

Radi Fi Credit Union, a growing organization, has created a leadership position for an IT strategist with a hands‑on approach to become the new Vice President, Information Systems
. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the VP will oversee and direct the IT division to ensure the delivery and quality of business systems, and understand the impact on internal leaders and the Credit Union membership.

• Partner with executives and managers to identify systems, technology, and processes to improve Credit Union services, operations, support, and efficiency.
• Foster an environment of collaboration and partnership throughout the organization.
• Maintain a keen understanding of IT operations with a strategic mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of experience in a technology leadership role.
• Five years of experience in a management or supervisory role overseeing an IT team.
• Experience and knowledge with the core system Symitar is ideal.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills and exceptional communication skills.
