Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong internal controls for project billing, revenue, costs, and budget management.

Establish financial benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards (biweekly, monthly, and annual).

Standardize accounting policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize workflows.

Provide leadership and support to the accounting team, fostering a culture of trust and productivity.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.

Hands-on experience with Deltek Ajera or similar accounting software.
